Ever wonder where the elves came from? What battle happened where and when?  

Swedish chemical engineering student and long time fan of LOTR, Emil Johansson, has dedicated his time to creating the geneology and timeline of the Tolkien world.   Reading the timeline is almost like reading the book, Cliff Notes style.  I love how each bulletpoint is connected to the specific part of the map that the event took place!

Stephanie is a recent illustration grad from the Rhode Island School of Design, and has been a huge fan of Tolkien for most of her life.

Our first submission to the show!  Special thanks to the talented artist, Denis Medri from Italy!  

These pieces depict two scenes from The Hobbit.  

The first being Gandalf having a heart-to-heart with Bilbo before undertaking their big adventure.

 

The second has Bilbo being examined by the three trolls after he was discovered in their camp.
